Learning System. By logging in and using this portal, you agree to
the terms described below.
Account Use
Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared. You
are responsible for all activity carried out under your account,
including uploads, submissions, and attendance actions.
Acceptable Use
The portal must only be used for legitimate academic purposes such
as accessing study materials, checking attendance, submitting
assignments, and requesting leave. Attempting to access data or
areas outside your assigned role is not permitted.
Content Ownership
Study materials, notes, and past papers made available through this
portal remain the property of Texas College of Management & IT
and its instructors, and are provided for personal academic use
only.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not
guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical
issues may occasionally affect availability.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued
use of the portal after changes are posted means you accept the
updated terms.
